    The brushes are compressed into a .rar format. Try downloading winRar (it’s like WinZip)from
    http://www.rarlab.com and extracting the brush files. :)

    Thanx a lot for sharing such wonderful stuff.
    Downloaded and opened with WinRar, then loaded the
    brushes into Photoshop. No problem at all.
