    its easy way to use download brushes.
    just open it and abstract.
    u get ABR file. just copy it.

    now open adobe folder where u install. i install in drive C in program files.

    so i open it this way –
    c
    program files
    adobe
    cs5
    presets
    brushes

    then paste your new brush (ABR file) here.

    its so easy
