It’s because it’s got a hole in it. When you’re doing your secilteng with the magic wand tool, click outside the entire thing first to select the room AROUND the photo frame. Then hold SHIFT and click inside, where the photo goes. That way, when you inverse, it should leave you with just the polaroid’s frame selected.
